I also did the same thing. I got the scan copies from my lawyer. Print out will work (IO will verify yr name on receipt with yr photo Id).

One quick question - I do not have original 485 receipts with me but have scanned copies of them which my lawyer has emailed me. If I print them out and take them to the infopass, is that sufficient or do they ask for the original receipts?

It might not be the case. My i-140 is pending at NSC, but still the I-485 case was sent to TSC.

I think the answer is yes, we will get our EAD and AP.
USCIS only looks at your PD while they issue case number (when you file for 485) and next when they approve your case (they issue your GC)
they will issue an EAD and AP for all pending applications. EAD and AP don't need PD. as long as you have a case pending with USCIS you can get new/renewed EAD and AP

I guess I saw a mistake on the writing....
On July 13th, 2007, DoS provided a glimmer of hope to these aspiring legal immigrants, by announcing in their visa bulletin (http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/bulletin/bulletin_3258.html) that all Employment-based green card applicants and their dependents would be eligible to apply for their Green cards, during the month of July 2007
It is June 13th not July13th the first visa bulletin sent out by DoS.

Folks who opened an SR and had NSC-CSC-NSC transfers, what is the format of the ref # the Cust Service Rep gave you??
I got a # of the format T1NXXXXXXXXXXXCSC format.
I also got this format. but response, came from NSC after 30 days of filing SR.
I had called in the middle to confirm whether SR went to CSC. Rep said requests will get to apprpriate service center.
the other problem is for people like us, the status says " case traansferred and pending at uscis office". I find that reps find it hard to figure out where it is pending. because of wac number, they sometimes conclude it is CSC.
the status on phone says "pending at lincoln".

I am a 2 July 2007 filer. Many SR's and calls later no FP.But I applied for EAD and AP renewal last week.I got the FP notice in mail today.
So I think that the renewal may trigger a FP notice.

EB3 Folks!
This is pathetic ... And it's time for most of you to seriously think about converting to EB2. Now I have no idea how difficult or immpossible this would be, as I had always been EB2, but their are several threads on this forum that can assist you. I strongly suggest you to seriously start researching your way out of this mess. I wan't expecting EB2 to stay beyond 05, but it is going to be like that for another month. Are all the 2004 EB2-I applicants exhausted? ... I don't know, but I know EB3 just keeps on retrogressing.
If this abyss continues, think about it ... you will always remain struck where you had been for past so many years. This is no life.
